PRICES & FEES

Prices are inclusive of VAT (currently 25%). Special fees may apply for shipping, payment against invoice and for uncollected packages

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

We apply the provisions of the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932), the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59) and the Swedish Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204) to all purchase agreements. When you place your order, we send an order confirmation, when you have received this confirmation, the purchase agreement takes effect. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is not in stock. If problems arise with your order, we will contact you. DIG OR DIE does not enter into agreements with minors (under the age of 18) without the parent’s approval.

In the event of any errors in stock status or price, DIG OR DIE reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement. For questions about the meaning of DIG OR DIE’s terms of purchase, please contact our customer service by email: shop@digordie.com

PRICE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION:

We constantly work to have as accurate product information as possible to facilitate your purchase. However, we make a reservation because sometimes the stock balance does not match the time of your purchase and then we can not complete the purchase, you will then be notified by e-mail. As far as possible, we try to ensure that colors and products are reproduced as accurately as possible on our website. Sometimes, however, colors can be perceived differently due to different technical conditions or different browsers. So we reserve the right not to display the product’s appearance 100% correctly on all screens.

COMPLAINTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

If an item is incorrectly shipped or incorrect, DIGORDIE is responsible for the return postage. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and refer to the General Complaints Board and Swedish law in the event of a dispute.

DELIVERY

You will normally receive your goods within 3-5 working days after we have received your order. At high loads, there may be a slightly longer delivery time. We reserve the right to final sale. Be sure to fill in the correct address information. Packages that are not picked up within 14 days will be returned to us. If this happens, a fee for an unredeemed package of 15 EURO will be charged. This corresponds to the costs that it caused us to send out the package and received it in return. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal
