PAYMENT OPTIONS

DIG OR DIE uses Klarna Checkout, it is a complete solution that strives to make it as easy as possible for you as a customer to shop online. If you have paid with Klarna before, the cash register is filled in automatically and it suggests a payment method based on your preferences, which enables you to complete the purchase with just one click.

ARE PAYMENT DETAILS SECURED?

Your transaction and payment information is handled directly by Klarna, our payment provider, with secure encryption and according to strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone other than your bank. DIG OR DIE does not receive or store any payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Klarna, our payment provider.

CHANGE / CANCEL ORDER

Once an order has been registered, we cannot change the ordered products or the number. In such cases, we suggest that you contact us to cancel the incorrect order, shop@digordie.com. Then you can place a new correct order.

Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. If we can not cancel your order (because it has already been packed or sent from our warehouse) it is of course possible to send your order back to us.

TRACK ORDER

We strive for you to receive your order as soon as possible. Delivery time for delivery is normally1-3 working days.

When your order is sent from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email so you know that your package is on its way. You will then receive an SMS when and where you can pick up your package.

Through the package number that you find in your delivery confirmation email, you can track your package. Visit www.postnord.se to follow your order, alternatively you can download Postnord’s app for tracking or additional information.

SHIPPING

The order is sent to the nearest delivery point. When the package is available for pick up, an SMS will be sent telling you where you can pick up your shipment and what code you must provide. The shipping cost for a parcel delivery is 8€ within the EU. Packages that are not picked up within 14 days will be returned to DIG OR DIE. If this happens, a fee for an unredeemed package of 15€will be charged This corresponds to the additional costs that it caused us to handle the package that we received in return. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

CLAIM A PRODUCT?

We guarantee that the product will be faultless upon delivery. Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you must contact customer service (shop@digordie.com) as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after delivery if the item is damaged upon delivery. In the event of a complaint, attach the return slip (if you have lost it, contact Customer Service) and state what the fault with the product is. DIG OR DIE is of course responsible for shipping in the event of incorrect deliveries and claims.

WHAT IS AN APPROVED CLAIM?

Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint, defects caused by normal wear and tear are not included. DIG OR DIE complies with EU consumer law. We refer to the European Consumer Center(ECC) in the event of a dispute.

RETURN POLICY

For us, it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase, you therefore have a 14 days open purchase (right of withdrawal) from the date you receive the goods. You have the right to open the packaging and check that the product is correct. As a consumer, however, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that is due to handling beyond what is required to be able to determine the product’s nature, properties and function.

Due to the product’s possible reduction in value, we recommend that you send the product back in the original packaging and with the label left in the garment.

HOW DO I MAKE RETURNS / EXCHANGES?

Please note that returned goods must be unused for a full refund to be made. If the product is used, a price deduction of 30% is made on the refund.

To make a return:

  1. Report your return: Contact us directly when you want to return an item by email: retur @digordie.com and we will send you a return slip and return form.
  2. Pack your goods: You can reuse the packaging in which the goods were delivered when you return, make sure that it is carefully sealed.
  3. Return slip: We provide you with a return shipping document and instructions regarding how to make returns. You hands in the shipment at the nearest partner outlet. Please note that if you do not use the prepaid return label, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

Please note that for repurchases / returns, we charge a cost forreturn shipping of 8 € which will be deducted upon refund.

If you want to change your item to another size, please place a new order.
