RETURN POLICY
For us, it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase, you therefore have a 14 days open purchase (right of withdrawal) from the date you receive the goods. You have the right to open the packaging and check that the product is correct. As a consumer, however, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that is due to handling beyond what is required to be able to determine the product’s nature, properties and function.
Due to the product’s possible reduction in value, we recommend that you send the product back in the original packaging and with the label left in the garment.
HOW DO I MAKE RETURNS / EXCHANGES?
Note that returned goods must be unused and in unchanged condition for a full refund to be made.
To make a return:
- Report your return: Contact us directly when you want to return an item by email: retur @digordie.com and we will send you a return slip and return form.
- Pack your goods: You can reuse the packaging in which the goods were delivered when you return, make sure that it is carefully sealed.
- Return slip: We provide you with a return shipping document and instructions regarding how to make returns. You hands in the shipment at the nearest partner outlet. Do not forget to remove, or cover the original delivery label. Then leave the package to the selected delivery point. Please note that if you do not use the prepaid return label, you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Please note that for repurchases / returns, we charge a cost forreturn shipping of 8 € which will be deducted upon refund.
If you want to change your item to another size, please place a new order.
